Rapid Product Development and Sustainment (RaPDS) Space and Naval Warfare Command (SPAWAR) awarded eSTS, Inc. an IDIQ MAC contract with a ceiling value of $300 million. eSTS will provide system and software development, modernization and sustainment to support the PEO EIS, PMW 240 and PMW 250 portfolio of IT systems. Tasking includes the full lifecycle of programs to include:
